The sound and look of this JLT intake is what set it apart. Regardless of what you hear online about the 5.0l not making power with a cold air intake these do make power in the upper rpm range with a proper tune. A tune is required with all JLT kits. Ask about our JONSE custom tuning options for this kit they are included with packaged intake kits with an sct x4 or Diablo programer. Some additional features: JLT integrated the MAF housing into the tube. This makes for a smooth interior and a smooth look to the tube itself. The stock 5.0l interior sound tube is taken into consideration. Some want it and some don’t, so it is moved to the inside and center of the tube. A Cap is included so you can remove the tube and cap the fitting in the JLT tube. Features a tapered flange design and Powerstack ends with S&B's monster 4.5x9” filter. Finish it off with a silicone coupler and stainless clamps and you got the BEST Intake on the market!!! Please specify if automatic or manual gear box as there is an additional fitting required as with the Steeda intake.
Automatic cars need an additional fitting, which we provide if you select automatic when ordering (see below). The fittings are Milled from solid billet aluminum and all you need to do is drill a ½” hole (we show you where) in the tube, install the supplied grommet, fitting and you’re done. Note, all kits sold to resellers will include the automatic fitting.

GAINS AND TESTING
Up to 30+ RWHP has been seen when used with our custom tune!
Our testing as well as many others have showed gains of 24-30 RWHP with our CAI and custom tune. If you see more “claimed” by others, ask them how. Also look over the dyno sheets real good for low number baseline runs or no dyno sheets at all. Many will base line the car with 87 fuel, then add 93 fuel, the CAI and tune and show more power. We don't do that! We test a car with 93 fuel from the start.
